She is a market insights professional with 8 years of experience in organizations such as IBM and Genpact. She has led and managed projects to provide the business with actionable strategic guidance on “where to play”, and “how to play”. Shinta is the co-founder of www.namasteswitzerland.ch and blogger at www.carameltintedlife.com.
Manasa is our go-to person for anything design related. She helped design our logos and other communication material. She also developed and manages our website.
She is a freelance creative web designer with experience in designing rich, user-friendly and accessible websites with more than 9 years of experience in various domains. In the past, she has worked with organisations including Cognizant, Keane, and IIT-Madras.
Anand is Rozi Roti Foundation’s first employee and ensures that hungry people are fed.
He mans our first Annadanam food van and delivers freshly cooked food to urban destitute in Hyderabad.
Sandeep is a promoter of Rozi Roti Foundation.
He is a keen strategist with qualitative experience across Banking, Microfinance & Development sector. At present, he is working as Director- Operations in Healing Fields Foundation. He has worked with a variety of organisations including Karnataka Bank, HDFC Bank, International Commercial Bank, ICICI Bank, DCB Bank, and MicroSave India in a career of over 23 years.
Samveet is a promoter of Rozi Roti Foundation.
Samveet is at present the Country Programme Manager Bangladesh, i3 Programme, at MicroSave. He is a consultant with over eight years of experience in management consulting, primarily focussed on Digital Financial Services. He has a mix of development sector and corporate experience and has worked at organisations including Ernst& Young, SREI Sahaj e-village ltd, and IGATE.
Alphina is one of the promoters of Rozi Roti Foundation.
Alphina is the CEO of BWDA Finance Ltd., a Microfinance Institution based in Tamil Nadu. She has over eight years of experience in the development sector, primarily in financial inclusion, managing and supervising operations, and directing strategy and growth. Before joining BWDA Finance, Alphina worked as a consultant specialising in financial inclusion at MicroSave India.
Arunabha focusses his efforts on helping us by offering advisory on fundraising, partnerships, human resources, and policies & procedures.
He has a diversified experience of over a decade in both the corporate as well as the development sector. At present, he works as Lead – Partnerships, at Vritti Livelihoods Resource Centre. He focusses on mobilising resources to facilitate learning, exchange and action on the ground. To that end, he engages with a range of different stakeholders across the developer ecosystem to foster partnerships and leverage financial and intellectual capital, thought leadership, and networking reach. He has previously worked in organisations including Azim Premji Foundation, Deutsche Bank, Infosys, Eigen, and ICICI Bank.
Yamini helps us by advising us in the areas of operational supervision, monitoring and evaluation and project management.
Yamini is a development practitioner with over 11 years of experience gained through projects in microfinance institutions (MFIs), banks, international aid organisations and industry associations across the globe. She is the founder of Ankuram Social Ventures, which provides consultancy services to development sector organisations, particularly those involved in responsible finance and social business. Before starting up Ankuram, she worked for MicroSave India, and Byrajju Foundation in various operational and consulting roles.
As a whole-time director, Denny manages the day to day operations of Rozi Roti Foundation. At present he is supervising Project Annadanam, smoothing out operational wrinkles as they arise, directing fundraising efforts and managing the operational expansion.
He is a development professional with over a decade of experience in Financial Inclusion, with a focus on technology-enabled financial inclusion. Before co-founding Rozi Roti Foundation, Denny worked as Practice Lead: DFS – Payments and Distribution, at MicroSave India managing a team of consultants specialising in payment and distribution aspects of digital finance. He started his career as a rural banker with ICICI Bank Ltd.
Anjaneyulu, as the chairman of the Board, provides strategic guidance to the team and ensures oversight.
He has over two decades of experience in the development sector community development and assisting financial institutions, especially community-based microfinance institutions, in providing services to low-income clientele. Anjaneyulu is at present working as Vice President – Financial Inclusion at Basix Consulting and Technology Services Ltd. He has previously worked with USAID supported FAIDA (Financial Access for Investing in the Development of Afghanistan) Project, MicroSave India, APMAS and CARE-India on a variety of advisory, consulting and operational roles pertaining to Financial Inclusion.
